FEES/PAYMENTS

2021-2022 School Year

Registration (Per Family) ~ “Early Bird” registration  January 1 to March 15, 2021 –  $95 per family.  March 16-May 1, 2021 – $125.00 per family.  After submitting your online registration, you will be redirected to PayPal to pay the registration fee to Catholic Schoolhouse.  There is also an option to mail payment.

Grammar (K-6th)  Supply Fee ~ $85.00 per child. Payable to your local director. Used for art, science and classroom supplies.  Everything will be provided saving you the time filling a school supply list.  (The only supplies needed from home are a pencil bag,  paint shirt, water bottle, and a backpack/tote.)

Grammar (K-6th) Student Fee ~ $250.00 per child.  Payable to your local director.  These fees cover insurance and director and tutor stipends.  Student Fees break down to about $3 per class hour or $10.50 per class day per student!

Upper Level (7th-12th) Supply Fee ~ $165.00 per student. Payable to your local director. Used for art, science and classroom supplies, text books, novels, and  church literature. Workbooks, text books, and  Literature purchased for your child will be yours to keep at the end of the school year.  Everything will be provided saving you the time filling a school supply list.  (The only supplies needed from home are a pencil bag, water bottle, and a backpack/tote.)

Upper Level (7th-12th) Student Fee ~ $300.00 per student.  Payable to your local director.  These fees cover  insurance and tutor /director stipends.  Student Fees break down to $3.50 per class hour or $12.50 per class day per student!

Facility Fee (Per Family) ~ $25 per family

2021-2022 Refund Policy  
Please note that withdrawal from the program must be submitted in writing to the Director. 

  • Student Fee Refund:
    Withdrawal from the program by July 1, 2021, 95% of the student fees will be returned
    Withdrawal from the program July 1 through Week One: 80% of the student fees will be returned
    Withdrawal from the program Week Two: 60% of the student fees will be returned
    Withdrawal from the program Week Three:  40%  of the student fees will be returned
    Withdrawal from the program Week Four: 20% of the student fees will be returned.
    Withdrawal from the program Week Five and Beyond:  No refund will be made
  • Supply Fee Refund:   As of July 01, 2021 supply fees are non-refundable.  Supplies are purchased, textbooks ordered, and lessons are prepped, photocopied and assembled prior to the beginning of the school year. Text books and literature purchased for Upper Level courses can be picked up from the Director.
  • Facility Fee:  As of August, 2021 this fee is non-refundable.

You may pay by check or credit card.  There is a 3% non-refundable surcharge on credit card payments.
